We are seventeen people looking after two jets across fourteen rounds. Everyone who works on the line signs the league's Participant Agreement.
Roles are based at Le Bourget with the full season of travel. We are small enough that the Chief Mechanic and the Commercial Director eat lunch at the same table, and we want to keep it that way.
Chief Mechanic and Lead Inspector
Leads the Aircraft Compliance Inspection Team, owns the daily maintenance log, and is named to the league ninety days before the season. Harrier experience is not optional.
ApplyAssistant Inspector
Second member of the mandatory two-person inspection team. Pegasus engine and vectored-thrust systems background.
ApplyPit crew, four positions
Line operations at every round. Eighteen or over, fire-retardant whites, closed-toe boots beyond the No Engine Turn Line, and the tow crews on arrival day.
ApplyRace Strategist
The voice in the pilot's and the gamer's ears on Sunday. You read the corridor, call each engagement, and carry Saturday's plan into the Grand Battle.
ApplyCommercial Director
Sells the five positions on the jet and discloses every partner to the league. You know the difference between a team deal and a league exclusive, and you check before you make an offer.
ApplyContent and social, two positions
The Journal, the broadcast material and the social accounts the licence requires us to keep active, all within the league's brand rules and our own.
ApplyOperations and logistics, two positions
Two Harriers at every venue by Wednesday at 1600, pit allocation, freight across five continents and the 1 September reset.
ApplyPilots and gamers
By invitation. If you hold a Harrier type rating and an ICAS ACE card, or you are very good at the game, we probably already know who you are.
